Championship game was played between Homestead (H) and Columbus. Scoring in the double overtime games was:
- Westefield's Lucas Sponsler scored at 9:43 in the 1st. Assists to Keegan Houch and Colton Brown
- Homestead's Dan Martinsky scored at 11:32 in the 3rd. Assist to Chris Adasczik
- Homestead's Chris Adasczik scored in the second overtime at 7:21, It was unassisted.
