Please complete this form to express interest in the 2009, 2010, and/or 2011 Serpent's Cup tournament April 19-21st in the Cowichan Valley.

Applications will be accepted until February 15th, 2024. There will be a final selection in early February, if needed. We will let you know if you are accepted, and the tournament fee of $1,850 will need to be e-transferred. Details will be forwarded in acceptance email. If you do not reply to the acceptance email in a timely manner, it will be assumed that you are not attending and your place will be passed on.
