Representing Carmel at the AHAI All-State game Deacon Rose helps lead the Red team to victory with a goal and an assist.
The Carmel Catholic Hockey's Spring Program is an opportunity for rising eighth graders, freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to train to play the Carmel Catholic way. With an emphasis on game situation, small area games, and skills training with the Carmel Catholic Hockey coaching staff, players will get individualized attention to help prepare them to play for Carmel Catholic as they get to know they future teammates and classmates.
The Carmel Corsairs hockey program operates as part of the Carmel Catholic High School Athletic Department in Mundelein, Illinois under the direction of the Athletic Director.
The sport is recognized by the athletic department, and players earn letters and other recognition similar to other sports. This includes recognition in the school's yearbook, announcements at school, pep rallies, etc.
Carmel Catholic Hockey Varsity and JV teams play in the highly competitive Scholastic League.
The team's home ice is at the Glacier Ice Arena in Vernon Hills.
