This year, we are recognizing Braydin Lewis. Braydin Adam Lewis was an Amazing Human! His Spirit, Attitude, and Good Will will impact many people for a long time to come. Son of Adam and Kristen Lewis and brother of Corbin Moore. Every day he woke up Braydin was passionate about including as many people as possible (friends, family & strangers) into his daily activities. He was always in search of new adventures and loved being outside. Hockey was his true passion and would always find a way to be skating or at the rink. Braydin also really enjoyed being on the lake or on a beach. One of his favorite hobbies was to wake surf behind his dad's boat.

Braydin began skating shortly after learning how to walk and played for several elite hockey teams including Tri State Spartans, Chicago Fury, and as a defenseman for the Metro Jets Hockey Team. Braydin gained another family while with the Metro Jets organization who constantly motivated him through his last season of hockey while battling brain cancer.  Braydin's heart of gold extended into the community where he had a huge passion for helping children and adults with special needs. Braydin was able to make one last donation to the world by donating his brain to research at Mott's Children's Hospital Koschmann Laboratories.
