Ready for more?  The Loudoun Knights are Ion's Tier II Hockey Club, teams play at the AA, A Tier II level.  These teams will play between 40 to 50 games per Season, participate in the CBHL and EJEPL Hockey Leagues, and attend 5 to 6 tournament/showcase events.  These teams are rostered as Tier II (and NTB as appropriate)

The Loudoun Castles Selects is comprised of Independent Travel Teams playing at the Tier II B Level.  These teams are comprised of players from our Loudoun Castles CCHL House Teams.  These teams will play exhibition games against other Tier II B Level, and Tier II LA Level teams and will participate in 3  travel tournaments per season.   These teams are rostered as Independent Tournament Teams.

Spring Travel is the first opportunity that senior birth year players have to play at the next level.  Playing up in the spring is allowed and we build these teams based on the year grouping for the upcoming fall season.  These teams are selected after an evaluation, participate in 6 to 8 practice sessions and will participate in 2 Spring tournaments.  This is also a chance for some players who have never had travel experience to kick the tires and see if it is for them.  These teams are rostered as Independent Spring Tournament Teams
