Registration is now open for our Annual Golf Outing! All proceeds go towards the cost of ice and skater scholarships. Cost is $115 per golfer or $460 per foursome. Follow the link to register to play or donate!

If you have outstanding payments they can be made online using the paypal link below. If your account is not paid in full or arrangements are not made with the treasurer, your skater may be removed from the ice.

Safesport & Background Check Links
All Coaches, Managers and Locker Room Monitors are required to be Safe Sport Certified per Patriot Requirements listed in the Handbook. When you have completed the Certification, please notify Tamara Melone (Registrar). Your Certification is good for one (1) year and if you have a question if you need to do the renewal, please check the website or Tamara. The Patriots Youth Hockey Board also strongly recommends parents become Safe Sport Certified in general. Click the link below to complete the Safe Sport Module, it is free and takes little time.
