Hello Coaches,

This email is to inform you that we are now accepting applications for the 2023-24 MIHL Prep Hockey Showcase. The Showcase, which was founded in 2000-01, started with 12 teams in Troy.  After the first year, the Showcase was moved to Trenton and has expanded to 36 and now 42 teams.  It has been one of the largest Michigan HS hockey events since it began.  Numerous teams that have participated in the MIHL Prep Showcase have gone on to win State Championships (in fact, all 6 teams in the Finals were participants last season). 

This upcoming season, we welcome all high school teams to apply for this event, held at Trenton’s Kennedy Recreation Center on February 1-3, 2024.

Please apply using the attached Google Document.  Please make a copy of the Google Doc, rename it with your Team Name, complete it and send it back to Chad Clements at clementsc@trentonschools.com.  Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 19.  Applicants will be notified by the end of April who the 42 participating teams will be.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
