Join us from July 31 to August 4 at the Kinsmen Civic Centre for a dynamic full-day experience focused on developing your overall hockey abilities. With 3 hours of daily ice time, this program is perfect for players seeking to enhance their performance on the ice.
Our expert instructors will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum, covering various skating techniques and skill development exercises. Each day, you'll learn and refine different skating techniques, including turns, transitions, and edges, to enhance your agility and speed. We'll also delve into different types of shooting, helping you unleash your scoring potential and become a well-rounded player. Team play and game strategies will also be incorporated into the program to enhance your understanding of on-ice dynamics.
In the afternoons, you'll have the opportunity to engage in our beloved pond style hockey, where you can apply your newly acquired skills in a fun and competitive environment.
Throughout the program, we provide off-ice workouts to improve your physical fitness and lectures accompanied by video analysis to deepen your hockey knowledge and understanding.
All participants will receive a high-quality jersey to represent the Peterborough Power Skating & Skills program. Please note that lunch will not be provided, so we kindly request you bring your own.
