Illinois Selects is a development program providing a highly competitive environment for committed players to prepare themselves for Elite/AAA fall season play. Participants will enhance their skill set through double the ice time workouts, training with tier 1 coaches, and participating in Elite/AAA tournaments. Our organization will advance individual players technical ability, work ethic, and decision making. The Invite Only Team Based Programs are for elite players selected to train and compete at the highest level offered anywhere in North America. Our purpose is to develop these players physical and mental skills in a "team" based atmosphere. Illinois Selects main focus is developing 3 major factors, on-ice skills, mental awareness and social interaction with teammates. The ground work that makes a "complete" athlete. Illinois Selects is committed to enhance these skills through positive reinforcement and player accountability. We believe it is paramount to use the most competitive environment possible to enhance these skills and prepare players for the next level!
