Overview
The 7th Annual Girl on Fire Tournament dates have been announced. The weekend of March 10-12 will see Girls 8U (half-ice), 10U, and 12U levels compete and the weekend of March 17-19 will see the Girls 14U, 16U, and 19U levels compete at the Malone Civic Center in Malone, NY. Levels will be based on the 2022-2023 season birth years. 4 game minimum for each team. Tournament gift bag for each player, medals & banners for winners and finalists. Player of the Game award for each round robin game.
We continue to be excited that the Girl on Fire has become a popular "end of the season" tournament and has grown in team numbers over the years. The 2023 Girl on Fire Tournament will be held over two separate weekends (8U- 12U 1st weekend & 14U- 19U 2nd weekend). We have enjoyed watching this tournament grow over the last 6 years and look forward to hosting your team for our 7th Annual tournament!! Games are tentatively scheduled to begin at 10am on Friday and finish by 5pm on Sunday.
Tournament apparel will be available onsite to purchase.
Online registration is live. Registration fees are $400 for 8U (half-ice) level and $975 for 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, & 19U levels. 10% discount for associations that bring multiple teams. Registration fees will increase on 1/1/23. This tournament is geared toward full season teams at the 12U and above levels.
Team spots by levels will be limited to 6 teams per division, first appropriate teams to register will be accepted and a waiting list will be created after that.
If team registration fee is being paid by check (made out to Malone Minor Hockey and sent to P.O. Box 186, Malone, NY 12953), please use the discount code "GOF2023" at checkout. Check Must be received within 14 days of online registration.
